Detailed business analysis consulting services are available to clients and service providers to ensure that the addition of digital assets and or blockchain activities are not going to disrupt client’s normal day to day business activities. JAD sessions, proof of concepts, flow & context diagrams with formal business requirements specifications (BRS) is part of the output.

Integration of new digital assets “on chain” to the existing assets “off-chain” is an important and often neglected part of blockchain initiatives – hence why we cover this specifically also in our business analysis. Working with the client’s BA’s in this phase will determine the success of this piece.
